As a Sr. Data Engineer BI & ML, you will play a key role in technology initiatives to advance health analytics and data sciences. Your focus will be to advance the usability, performance, and overall architecture of the Data Platform. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Adhering to a sprint methodology and focusing on incremental business value.
Developing reliable and large-scale data processing pipelines; foundational architectural components; reusable frameworks; and Data Models to support Enterprise Data warehouse, Feature Stores and Machine Learning Platform.
Designing systems, data products and / or data production processes while focusing on data curation, data exchange, data security, data integrity and information environments.
Working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists and Leadership to develop a sustainable and optimized Healthcare data architecture supporting current and future needs.
Maintaining and optimizing the data platform and its systems; keeping up to date with the latest internal needs and technologies on the market.
Ensuring accuracy, integrity and completeness of data and workflows.
Managing and creating data practices, databases, and information systems as well as guidelines, dictionaries, registries and / or services.

- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience with data lakes and modern data platforms required (i.e. Databricks, AWS, etc.).
- Experience with Machine Learning Engineering and Operations (ML Ops) preferred.
- Expertise in healthcare data architecture and data models required.
- Experience with python, spark, pyspark preferred.
- Experience with agile methodology preferred.
