Job Description

The commercial maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment like HVAC, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include performing routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. They need strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
