Job Description
PG&E is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support Electric Distribution projects, including reliability, capacity, and overhead reconductor work. This role will manage a portfolio of active projects and play a critical role in project readiness, dependency clearance, and execution planning to support upcoming construction cycles.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on Electric Distribution experience, understands how distribution work is built in the field, and can independently drive projects forward in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Project Manager supporting Electric Distribution projects
Prior PG&E experience or experience with ALV or MGE (PG&E execution contract partners)
Strong preference for candidates with a Field Engineer background at PG&E who understand:
How distribution projects are constructed
Dependencies required for readiness
Realistic schedule development and forecasting
Ability to come up to speed within 2–3 months
Self‑starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight
