Job Description

- Project Overview:
PG&Es IT Data & Analytics group is executing a major data migration initiative, transitioning from a legacy data platform to Snowflake. This program involves multiple cross-functional teams and requires strong agile leadership to ensure timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- Key Responsibilities:
o Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
o Coach team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence to PG&Es agile framework
o Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization
o Track and report on team progress using Jira, ensuring transparency and accountability
o Identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and delivery timelines
o Support cross-team coordination and dependency management within the Snowflake migration program
o Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Required Skills & Experience:
o 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise IT environments
o Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
o Experience managing data or cloud migration projects is highly preferred
o Proficiency with Jira and other agile project management tools
o Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
