Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) within our client's GIS program. The program is designed to serve the demand of all internal GIS data consumer needs through horizontally scalable central data services. The RTE will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through the ART, facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, fostering Agile practices and mindset, and coaching leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar role within Agile project management.
Agile Frameworks: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in guiding teams through Agile transformations.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve impediments effectively.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
