Job Description
Evergreen, Insight Global’s Manage Service Division partners with a large local utility company and we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to be responsible for coordinating multiple growth programs scheduled through 2026. This position will serve as a key liaison between Regional Engineers (REs), field crews, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution across a large and complex portfolio of initiatives. The role is designed to alleviate oversight responsibilities currently managed by supervisors, enabling REs to focus on their primary workload and the PM be the point of contact to design engineers (DEs), consultants, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination:
Manage and track multiple growth programs within expense work plans.
Oversee execution of thousands of engineering tags, ensuring timely completion in the field.
Monitor progress across varying levels of complexity and maintain accurate step tracking.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between REs, field crews, and internal teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across different lines of business (LOBs).
Technical Oversight:
Assess structure health indices and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate SME reviews and manage timelines to meet program objectives.
Future Planning & Process Improvement:
Support 2026 initiatives to bundle field work outside SAP systems.
Manage expense and capital work outside SAP, addressing complexities such as multiple tags on the same structure.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in transmission line (T-Line) engineering or utility operations.
Civil engineering experience preferred.
Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage complex workflows and ensure timely execution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
