Job Description
Develop and Maintain Project Schedules:
Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules for SAP implementation programs using Microsoft Project and SAP Project System.
Integration & Coordination:
Align schedules across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
Resource & Cost Forecasting:
Collaborate with project managers and functional leads to forecast resources, budgets, and timelines accurately.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track progress, identify variances, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Risk & Change Management:
Assess schedule risks, propose mitigation strategies, and incorporate approved changes into the master schedule.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate schedule review meetings, communicate updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in scheduling large-scale, complex projects, including SAP implementations.
Proven track record with Microsoft Project and SAP Project System.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Project, SAP Work Management, and scheduling best practices.
Familiarity with SDLC, ERP deployment phases, and integration points.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO) and project system integration.
PMP or PMI-SP certification.
