Evergreen, Insight Global's Manage Service Division, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Ownership Project Manager to oversee and manage the current process inventory of a local utility partner for their GIS & Engineering Technology Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, updating the process catalogue, performing gap analyses, and defining strategic roadmaps. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and IT partners to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Ownership:
o Conduct project management on the current process inventory.
o Perform process inventory audits and update the current process catalogue.
o Conduct gap analyses on the current process catalogue to identify areas for improvement.
o Define and roadmap the process inventory strategy.
o Conduct risk reviews on process inventory gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
o Provide reporting and consultation on inventory gaps and recommended improvements.
2. Collaboration and Strategy:
o Work side by side with current process owners to identify unknowns, work towards improvements, and implement necessary policies.
o Develop strategies to ensure the team can effectively manage processes from start to finish.
3. Communication with IT Partners:
o Communicate requirements and expectations to IT partners to ensure successful project execution.
o Coordinate with IT partners to address testing needs, including end-to-end testing and system integrations.

Proven experience in process management or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and risk management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
SAFE Certified or Experience with SAFE
Preferred Skills:
Experience with process inventory management and gap analysis.
Knowledge of IT systems and integration processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Will be in person at least 1 day per week at the Oakland, Ca office
