Job Description

The TPO serves as a primary technical authority responsible for translating legal, privacy, and records retention policy into executable technical designs across complex system landscapes. The TPO must have outstanding communication skills enable them to effectively convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly with varying teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving environments, maintaining composure under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Serve as a technical governance authority for data disposition across legacy, SAS and cloud hosted platforms (e.g., Salesforce, and vendor-managed systems).

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of strong enterprise data architecture and system integration experience
- Strong understanding of data lineage concepts, records lifecycle management concepts and broadly, enterprise data management standards
- Ability to document complex data flows and create clear visual representations
- Proficiency with standard data lineage and metadata management tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Alation
- Utility background required
