Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support one of the largest utility companies based in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities include:
- Track material requests and deliveries for each construction effort per site.
- Coordinate with PG&E material handlers and vendors to track material readiness and organize will call pickup for materials when needed.
-Ensure materials are ordered and received prior to construction efforts
-Review current BOMs with project teams to verify materials are ordered in the needed timeframe
-Track and report material order discrepancies to the Sonet IT Project Manager
-Attend and report material status to the Sonet IT Team
-Work with the SONET project teams to anticipate site material needs
-Site visits to ensure material was received
-Provide reporting and assistance as needed to the Sonet IT Project Manager
