Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Manager / Analyst to lead centralized metrics tracking, process development, and onboarding/offboarding operations for a dynamic team. This role requires strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and process automation tools, and will play a key role in establishing a command center for program visibility and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst supporting large-scale programs.
Strong experience with Power BI and advanced Excel functions.
Proven ability to organize and manage complex metrics and reporting systems.
Experience in process creation and improvement.
Familiarity with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working onsite in Oakland three times per week.
