- Audits on work plan data to ensure accuracy
o Checking if theres issue with sourcing data
o Issues with some of the manually controlled fields on the work plan that we can enter internally to resolve
- People enter manual work plans > we manage changes to work plan in coding and logic updating how the code works
o Product side, NOT IT side of code
o Communicating changes out, documenting them
o Design with customer on how it would work
- Documentation
o Internal processes to managing work plan
o Customer facing guides on how to enter requests, how to review
Not the only one doing customer facing documentation
How to use work plan data and provide updates
Where do you fit in as Product Owner?
Customer supporting (internal)
- Program manager/ Program Manager assistant
o Approves any changes to scope of work in their work plan
- Internal team under Luke for WOR/MOR
- Development teams

- Experience with a ticketing system
o JIRA or Azure DevOps
Put in specific set of requirements, write a story, writing acceptance criteria, it will move through various stages
Idea to task creation, peer review, person inputting tickets, Boss approval
- 5-7+ years of experience as a product Owner
o More functional side
o Background with software development
- Experience moving through product flow
- Experience with PowerBI
o MS Suite (Lists)
