Evergreen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrations Product Manager to oversee and manage systems integrations projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering product requirements, managing user stories, and coordinating release activities with the IT team. This role involves working closely with the Agile Release Train (ART) team and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project and Product Management:
* Conduct project and product management to support systems integrations.
* Gather product requirements and inputs from stakeholders.
* Write and manage detailed user stories to support implementation processes.
* Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to assign and manage tasks.
* Coordinate release activities with the IT team, acting as the Product Owner for Agile Release Train #2.
2. Project Coordination:
* Manage various projects that already have budget and business cases.
* Turn business cases into actionable projects.
* Follow terms decided by IT and communicate effectively with partners.
3. Agile Methodology:
* Act as the Product Owner, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Ensure throughput of about 6 active projects, with a maximum of 10-12 projects in total, managing 2-3 projects per quarter.
4. Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with the ART team, which includes 3 developers, 2-3 testers, and 1 Scrum Master.
* Facilitate collaboration and communication within the team to ensure project success.

* Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in systems integrations.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience as a Product Owner.
Experienced with ESRI
Experience with Jira and SAFE practices (writing Jira stories)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with systems integrations and managing user stories.
* Knowledge of release coordination and project management best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Okay going on site at least one day per week to their Oakland office
Will be in person at least 1 day per week at the Oakland, Ca office
