A client in the Elevator/Escalator industry is looking for a Modernization Account Manager to work in the San Francisco or Oakland office and travel throughout the entire Bay Area. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships. You will be primarily calling on warm leads/doing account maintenance throughout the entire Bay Area. This role will be technical and requires someone who has worked in the Elevator industry previously. You will be working on modernization projects specifically. This is a direct hire role offering commission (quarterly) and gas, oil changes and car washes are reimbursed up to 80%.

1-2 years of experience in an Account Manager role (building and maintaining client relationships)
Experience working in the Elevator/Escalator industry (Ideally from Kone, Otis, Schindler, Thyssenkrupp)
Excellent communication skills
Bachelors Degree
Experience working in a fast paced environment
