Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Data Engineering expertise to support data-driven products built on modern data platforms.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable data product requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify business logic and data mappings
• Drive alignment on scope boundaries (data vs. reporting responsibilities)

Data Engineering
• Build and maintain datasets, pipelines, and transformations
• Develop data products that support analytics and application use cases
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle (ingestion → transformation → production outputs)

• Define join strategies and identifiers to ensure consistency across datasets
• Avoid duplication and enforce clean, normalized structures
• Build lean, modular datasets instead of monolithic pipelines
• Ensure data models support frontend and downstream consumption

• Partner with:
o Front-end / application teams
o Data platform teams
o Business and program stakeholders
• Lead working sessions to align on:
o Data definitions
o Product requirements

Data Product Delivery
• Ensure datasets are:
o Accurate, trusted, and production-ready
o Easily consumable and exportable
• Enable downstream teams to perform reporting and analytics independently
• Focus on building reusable data products, not one-off reports
________________________________________
Governance & Quality
• Enforce data standards, naming conventions, and ownership models
• Align with enterprise processes (requirements tracking, documentation, etc.)
• Minimize rework by prioritizing scalable, long-term solutions
