Contract Management: Oversee existing contracts and initiate new ones.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all parties are meeting contractual obligations and timelines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain appropriate levels of involvement across internal and external stakeholders.
Meeting Participation: Attend weekly and daily meetings as needed to stay informed and provide contract-related insights.
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of contract terms, amendments, and performance metrics.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential issues early and escalate appropriately.
Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to contract management processes for efficiency and clarity.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing contracts including SOW review, change orders, contract compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable participating in regular meetings and providing input.
