Job Description
Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Service Division, is partnering with one of the largest utilities as they expand their data and analytics product team to support several analytics products in their queue. We are seeking a Business Analyst / Chief of Staff who can provide hands-on support to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of operational and strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can take any task and execute, and serves as a trusted partner to leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive progress on analytics products and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Stakeholder Support
o Act as a direct point of contact for stakeholders, helping address requests and resolve issues quickly.
o Facilitate meetings, schedule sessions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Operational Execution
o Review and process invoices accurately.
o Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and executive-level emails.
o Support governance activities and assist with reporting for leadership reviews.
• Data Analysis
o Perform light data analytics, including identifying outliers and summarizing insights.
o Understand data flows and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Project Coordination
o Help manage intake requests and track progress across multiple initiatives.
o Support meeting logistics, documentation, and action item tracking.
• General Support
o Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
o Collaborate across teams to mitigate risks and manage dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong organizational and execution skills—can roll up sleeves and get things done.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of data concepts and ability to perform basic analytics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and professional communication (emails, reports).
• Familiarity with tools like Excel for data analysis; experience with Jira is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in utility or data analytics environments.
• Exposure to product development or technology projects.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in fast-paced settings.
