Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Service Division, is partnering with one of the largest utilities as they expand their data and analytics product team to support several analytics products in their queue. We are seeking a Change Manager who is a hands-on “doer” with strong communication and training skills to help drive adoption and engagement for new technologies and processes.
As a Change Manager, you will work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. This role requires someone who can develop training content, lead sessions confidently, and execute change management activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Change Management Execution
o Support change management plans and activities for technology and process rollouts.
o Apply pragmatic change management principles to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
o Assist in stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Training & Enablement
o Develop high-quality training materials, including job aids, user guides, and video recordings.
o Lead training sessions and workshops (often with 50+ participants).
o Utilize modern training technologies and methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Communications
o Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for stakeholders.
o Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids for leadership and end-user sessions.
• Collaboration & Support
o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on change initiatives.
o Facilitate meetings and follow-up on action items.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Change Management, Training, and/or Communications.
• General understanding of change management frameworks (Prosci certification is a plus).
• Strong writing and presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible thinking.
• Confident in leading large training sessions and engaging diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with the latest training technologies and methods.
• Background in the technology industry or exposure to tech-driven projects.
