Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Tech Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team to partner with our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial strategy and decisions within our technology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, data analysis, and technology, with the ability to provide valuable insights that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to technology investments, projects, and operational performance.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to senior management.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts for technology initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with departmental objectives.

Contract Management:
Tracking and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) across technology
Verifying invoices against expected forecast
Collaborate with Procurement to track and manage Purchase Orders

Performance Metrics:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial performance of technology projects and initiatives.
Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis to improve project outcomes and ROI.

Financial Modeling:
Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
Develop tools and dashboards to visualize financial data for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:
Present financial findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with accounting, procurement, and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a technology or tech-related environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is desirable.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
