Job Description

Coach Tech Operations and engineering teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, enabling clear ownership, operational discipline, and team self‑management
Align operational capacity and engineering resources to business priorities, incident risk levels, and reliability commitments
Ensure effective participation in Agile ceremonies while balancing run‑the‑business, incident response, and planned delivery work
Actively develop, track, and report operational risks, technical debt, and issue mitigation plans
Proactively identify and drive resolution of blocking issues, incidents, dependencies, and non‑engineering action items
Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, milestones, and release readiness across platform, infrastructure, and application teams
Partner with other Delivery Managers and Tech Ops leaders to manage shared services, operational handoffs, and release dependencies
Facilitate triage and prioritization of incoming operational and customer-impacting tickets through ServiceNow
Own and manage the Sprint Backlog in Jira, ensuring visibility across operational, reliability, and roadmap work
Drive change requests and scope adjustments for committed work during the quarter, balancing stability and delivery commitments
Establish and lead clear release and operational communications, including readiness, risk, and post‑release follow‑ups
Drive program‑level operational performance reporting, providing transparency into delivery status, risks, incidents, and dependencies for internal and external leadership

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

5+ years of experience leading delivery, operations, or program execution in Technology Operations, Infrastructure, Platform, or Production Engineering environments
Strong applied understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience adapting them to operational and infrastructure‑heavy teams
3–5 years of experience supporting technical operations domains, such as:

Developer productivity and tooling
CI/CD and build environments
Cloud infrastructure and storage configuration
Platform reliability and operational readiness


3–5 years of experience working directly with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, and cloud operations teams
Working knowledge of cloud security best practices, including security architecture, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and operational controls
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and operations, including compute, storage, networking, and databases
