We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee construction projects specializing in concrete logistics and warehouse buildings. This role blends both field and office work, including regular site visits and in-office coordination to drive successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion
Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Maintain consistent communication with job site managers and field teams
Monitor job site performance and proactively address issues or delays
Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams and subcontractors
Oversee in-office tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and document control
Ensure that construction milestones, budgets, and safety protocols are met
Utilize industry tools to manage project documentation and workflows

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
Experience with tilt-up construction or other vertical concrete forming methods
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Familiarity with sustainability standards or LEED practices
