Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a motivated and organized Front Office Manager to join our team at a growing construction company that values professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. The Front Office Manager will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, handling incoming and outgoing calls via a switchboard for multiple lines, managing scheduling for appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, scheduling FedEx deliveries, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a friendly and professional front desk experience. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with team members and vendors to streamline communication and workflow.

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish
1 year of professional experience
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Phone experience and being able to navigate the phone call to different line
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, attendance is very important

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
