Job Description

A leading Financial Services company is seeking Senior Project Managers to join their team and support projects related to technology, data, strategy, people, and processes. We have five openings for experienced Project Managers specializing in:

HR Systems - Experience with Workday/SAP
Technology/Data Center - Building roadmaps and strategies around data (including implementing data lakes)
Tech Debt - Conducting gap analysis
Cost Optimization - Managing contracts and Statements of Work (SOW)

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. They will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and ensure projects align with business goals and deliver expected value. The project manager will create and update an Epic and Features roadmap, prioritize based on business impact, and track progress. Additionally, they will manage project artifacts, budgets, and expenses, ensuring financial compliance. The candidate will serve as the liaison between technology, corporate, and other divisional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related IT field.
7-10 years of program/project management experience.
7+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience in breaking Epics into smaller, manageable features and user stories.
Extensive experience in software development, data management, cloud computing, digital transformation, and technology implementation.
Proficient in visualization tools and techniques.
Must be a self-starter.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in the insurance or related financial services industry.
Consulting and technology background
Power BI experience
