Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Sales Director for a global specialty foundry leader in San Antonio, Texas. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Director/Account Executive will be play a pivotal role in finding, materializing, and maximizing growth opportunities with potential and existing customers. The Account Executive will align with the R&D Business Unit and corporate planning for customer wafer volumes and required capacity, ASP's, and NRE's. The Sales Director/Account Executive will maintain an understanding of market trends in the Semiconductor industry.



* The absolute owner of our client's corporate and customer relationship.

* Ensure roadmap alignment and execution between Business Units (R&D) and the customer driving mutual value over time.

* Oversee the operational execution through knowledge and real time close alignment and oversight of account team.

* Own the customer report card scores proactively to drive and ensure quality in all aspects of customer support.

* Co-own the pricing roadmap in alignment with the internal BU's.

* Ensure customer and our client's meet respective contractual obligations, flag important contractual terms/due dates, manage any "breaches" or contractual conflicts.

* Maintain a clear understanding of TAM/SAM/SOM at the specific customer, with continued initiatives to grow the SOM at target margins.

* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

* 10+ years of experience in sales or key account management role within the Semiconductor industry or related field.

* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Excellent communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative.

* Domestic and international travel required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Semiconductor foundry sales experience.

* Technical understanding of Semiconductor devices and manufacturing.
