Insight Global is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to support our client in the legal industry. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and visitors, and will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Manage scheduling for conference rooms and client appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with legal staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in a law firm or legal department.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
