Insight Global is looking for a program coordinator to work onsite at an advertising services company. This individual will act as a strategic advisor/confidant to the FP&A leadership team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. This candidate will be developing/implementing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. More responsibilities include but are not limited to: Task management for reports across analyst team, tracking and logging requests for support and designating proper resources and expectations to each task. This candidate will also be preparing and presenting status reports, proposals, and presentations to the FP&A leadership team. *This candidate must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days a week in Newport Beach, CA*

6+ years of experience in a project/program coordinator position
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
Proficiency in tracking tools and experience implementing them (i.e., Jira, Confluence, MS Planner, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to understand different audiences and their requirements
Bachelors Degree
