Job Description
One of Insight Global's beauty pharmaceutical clients is seeking a Product Analytics Analyst to quickly restore and enhance digital analytics across mobile apps, web, loyalty, commerce, and global digital products. This role will operate as the analytics engine for the Digital Product and Marketing teams—owning tracking, dashboards, insights, and attribution modeling to measure performance, adoption, and business impact.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in product analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics.
Strong expertise with GA4, Segment, Snowflake, Mixpanel and Tableau.
Fluent in SQL and comfortable working with event-level datasets.
Demonstrated success building instrumentation plans and maintaining data governance.
Experience measuring digital adoption, product usage, and feature performance.
Experience building attribution models across channels.
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Search Console, and web analytics.
Ability to independently prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate insights into action.
