Job Description
A PM Engineer in a hotel is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance during the pm (afternoon/evening) shift, including repairs to guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting, proactive preventative maintenance, and ensuring all hotel facilities operate correctly, often requiring a minimum amount of hands-on experience in trades like plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.

Required Skills & Experience
Perform routine and advanced maintenance on systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
Repair and maintain the physical structure of the building, including furniture, paint, and wall coverings.
Conduct proactive maintenance to prevent guest-impacting issues.
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff
