Insight Global is seeking an Energy Title Officer to support complex, high‑dollar energy projects across the U.S., including solar, wind, battery, and utility‑scale developments. This role goes beyond traditional title officer work and focuses on researching, examining, and writing high‑liability title commitments and policies for large, undeveloped and vacant land projects. The Energy Title Officer will handle complex legal descriptions, easements, leases, licenses, and non‑fee interests, complete detailed title searches, resolve issues with internal teams and clients, and contribute immediately on active transactions. The role involves heavy research, problem‑solving, client communication, and supporting special projects related to large‑scale energy developments and infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years of title or commercial real estate experience
• Strong experience researching and writing complex title commitments and policies
• Ability to examine legal descriptions, easements, estates, leases, and other non‑fee interests
• Experience working on undeveloped or vacant land transactions
• Comfort handling high‑liability, high‑value transactions with minimal oversight
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients, attorneys, and development teams
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
