Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for one of our full-service marketing clients that specialize in face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns. This role focuses on managing sales data integrity and producing actionable analytic reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular audits to resolve data anomalies, ensuring data integrity through validation processes, developing dashboards to monitor data quality, collaborating with engineering teams on data validation, optimizing data pipelines, troubleshooting ETL failures, and translating business needs into data-driven solutions. **This candidate must be comfortable working US based hours**

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in BI analysis, data quality, or related roles.
Exposure to SQL for data exploration, auditing
Experience with Tableau (Must be active, professional experience)
Good understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, data governance and data pipelines
Experience with A/B testing methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong business requirements gathering skills
English language proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, CS or other related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification
