Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact Technical Professional Services Program Manager to bridge the gap between complex technical delivery and strategic client partnership. This is a hybrid role designed for a professional who possesses the "executive function" to manage intricate workflows and the "executive presence" to engage with senior Client and Delivery team stakeholders.
You will act as the primary engine for high-stakes projects, navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments where the path forward isn't always charted. This is not just a "task tracking" role—it is a strategic position that requires deep agency or consulting experience to manage both the technical "how" and the client-facing "why."

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, translating complex technical roadmaps into business value and managing expectations through every phase of the lifecycle.
• End-to-End Program Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional technical programs. You will define project scope, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks in a highly dynamic environment.
• Consultative Leadership: Leverage your agency/consulting background to navigate ambiguity. You won't just follow a process; you will build the process where none exists, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused.
• Business Development Support: Help manage the sales cycle for Professional Services engagements. Identify scope, pricing, deliverables and build schedules to help shape and close services projects.
• Executive Communication: Deliver high-level briefings and reports to internal and external stakeholders. You possess the gravity and clarity required to lead a room of executives through difficult trade-off decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Expertly manage the digital ecosystem of delivery. You will be the "power user" of our tech stack, ensuring data integrity and seamless collaboration across all platforms

• The "Consultant Mindset": Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a calm, authoritative presence.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to hold your own in technical discussions with engineers while effectively "translating" those details for non-technical business leaders.
• Executive Function: Exceptional organizational skills. You are the person who creates order out of chaos, anticipating bottlenecks before they happen.
• Ambiguity Management: Comfortable working in "grey areas." You thrive when requirements are evolving and can pivot strategies without losing momentum.
