An enterprise level technology company is looking to bring on a Social Listening Strategist to join their crisis and rapid response team. This team is pivotal in monitoring and analyzing social media channels to identify and respond to brand crises swiftly. We are now expanding this team to include analysts to derive actionable insights from our analysts who are identifying positive trends related to the brand, products, and/or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional marketing and social work, with a knack for creating strategic direction and delivering to creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Listening: Monitor social media platforms and online communities to detect potential brand wins and positive sentiment to capitalize on.
Rapid Response: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute rapid response strategies to mitigate brand crises.
Opportunity Identification: Analyze social media data to identify positive opportunities for brand engagement and growth.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on social media sentiment, crisis response effectiveness, and opportunity outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including marketing, PR, and executive teams.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social listening and crisis management.

5+ years of experience in social listening, crisis management, and traditional marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in social media monitoring tools and platforms.
