Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support a centralized and rapidly growing social measurement and listening team at a large tech company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of social media and influencer culture, and is passionate about operational excellence.
Youll work closely with the stakeholders and a team of analysts to ensure smooth execution of all program elements, maintain documentation, coordinate meetings, and help communicate the teams impact through case studies and synthesized learnings. This is a strategic support rolenot focused on analytics delivery, but on enabling the team to operate at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage timelines and ensure program milestones are met.
Develop and maintain robust program and process documentation and project trackers.
Coordinate meetings and write follow-ups.
Run team meetings and manage intake/onboarding processes.
Support strategic communication of team wins and impact.
Produce case studies and synthesize learnings across deliverables.
Assist with budgeting and agency coordination (if applicable).
Leverage AI tools (Gemini preferably) to enhance team workflows.
Manage communications and competing priorities of multiple senior level marketing stakeholders
Proactively surface ways to make the team, program and processes more efficient

35+ years of experience in Program Management or similar operational roles.
Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI tools and a strategic mindset for applying them.
Deep understanding of social media, influencer culture, and stakeholder dynamics.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving team environment.
