Project Engineer

The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful execution of BESS projects. Reporting to the Sr. Manager and Manager of Engineering and Execution, the Project Engineer works closely with the engineering and execution team and is involved in various project-related activities.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements.
Conducting feasibility studies, technical analysis, and design reviews.
Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Monitoring project progress and identifying risks and issues.
Supporting the coordination of project deliverables and milestones.
Providing technical support to the construction and installation teams.

Qualifications:
BS in engineering, preferred electrical,
PE preferred
5+ years of experience in an engineering role
Strong project management skills
Technical expertise in BESS technologies
Experience in the Renewables industry (Battery Storage Systems, Solar Plants, or Wind Power) is strongly preferred
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with experience working and managing multiple projects at any given time
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
