Job Description

Day to Day
One of our big tech clients seeks a Program Coordinator to join a team driving sustainability and innovation in the data center space. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support to technical program managers throughout the incubation lifecycle, managing the intake process and workflow. You will engage with program managers, technical experts, and key stakeholders to develop and revise program documents and update program trackers. Drafting program reports under the direction of program managers, you will provide insights into the health of the program schedule, budget, and performance. Facilitating cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and vendors, you will drive initiatives forward, developing comprehensive meeting agendas and timelines in collaboration with various teams. Anticipating the needs of stakeholders, you will proactively address any issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams to achieve successful incubation program outcomes. Additionally, you will create presentations to communicate program roadmaps and outcomes, develop and manage program budgets for efficient resource allocation, and track action items on various Net Zero Programs. Maintaining the NZ/Sustainability Program Schedule, you will align schedules with incubation timelines, track and report changes, and support data management by cascading updates related to LCA data. Your responsibilities will also include providing purchase order support, including vendor onboarding, contracts, and POs, as well as supporting communications through weekly reports, monthly newsletters, and documentation related to program progress. Lastly, you will coordinate site visits and summits, including planning activities for the NZ Summit/workshop.

Required Skills & Experience

Skills:
3+ years of experience in program administration and managing workflows
o Programs/projects in the data center space
Strong skills in drafting program reports and providing insights into program health.
Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive initiatives.
Proactive approach to anticipating stakeholder needs and addressing issues.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and managing program budgets.
Excellent communication skills for supporting reports and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with sustainability trends and technologies.
Experience in risk management.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
