Job Description
An Insight Global client is looking for a talented Product Designer to join their Bangalore based team. This individual will be joining a team of eight working on a product that involves all things UI. The product is undergoing a full revamp and will have a heavy focus on modernization efforts moving forward. This client is looking for someone that is a team player, but also a self-starter with strong organization skills. The focus in this role will be on a desktop based product with mobile and web as a secondary focus.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-3+ years as a Product Designer in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
○ Ideally not leaning more junior, would rather them lean more senior
• High proficiency and having a foundation of Figma and using basic tools in Figma
• Understanding Conceptual design - UX/UI lay outs
• Team players - ability to cross collaboration
○ Open to reaching out
• Quality and extensive experience focused on Desktop product work
○ Mobile and web product work is a secondary focus
• Presentation skills (being able to present the work concisely)
• A creative problem solver with sharp eye for detail and a passion for clean and scalable interfaces
• Soft skills:
○ Team player
○ Takes feedback well
○ Self-Starter with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys cross-collaboration
○ Strong organizational skills - able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prototyping is a plus
• Data driven design experience
○ Ability to work with research team to research data points
○ Strong knowledge of UX research methods, with the ability to incorporate research into design
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Heavily work with content teams - conveying the proper language to these models
