Insight Global is seeking a Master Planner, they will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the areas of facility planning, space utilization analysis, and infrastructure development. This includes validating space requirements for current and future Army Reserve units, supporting real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, transfers), and contributing to the planning and execution of military construction projects. The role also involves preparing detailed planning documents, staff papers, and management summaries for senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting and analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and discrepancies, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. They will work closely with military and civilian personnel across multiple commands, attend inter-service planning meetings, and ensure that all planning activities align with agencies strategic goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide technical support for RPLANS and ASIP systems
Analyze Reserve unit assignments and validate facility space requirements
Develop planning documentation, staff papers, and management summaries
Attend inter-service meetings to gather data and provide recommendations
Support real estate acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and redevelopment
Ensure data quality and consistency across Army Reserve facilities
Coordinate with ARIMD, RD DPWs, and other stakeholders
Maintain compliance with security, anti-terrorism, and OPSEC protocols

Bachelors degree in Planning, Information Systems Analysis, or related field
At least 2 years of experience working with real property systems
Proficiency in computer operations, networking, and telecommunications
Ability to interact professionally with military personnel of all ranks
5 years of direct experience with ASIP or RPLANS (may substitute for degree)
Completion of the US Army Master Planning Practices foundation course (Prospect Course 241)
Familiarity with Army Reserve facility management and planning processes
