Marketing AI Engineer

This individual will focus on building, enhancing, and scaling AI-powered solutions that leverage the organization's social listening and business intelligence data. Working closely with direct leadership and the broader data engineering team, they will develop AI agents and applications that help surface insights and automate workflows. Much of their time will be spent rapidly building and iterating on MVPs, integrating solutions with Gemini and other internal AI platforms, connecting to existing data sources, and deploying functionality within existing code repositories. They will also support model development and refinement efforts, contribute to ad hoc AI initiatives, and occasionally assist with front-end implementation work to create intuitive user experiences. While the role supports marketing-related data, the engineer will primarily focus on technical execution rather than stakeholder-facing marketing conversations. While some familiarity with application development is helpful, the primary focus will be on backend AI development, workflow orchestration, and driving adoption of generative AI across the business.

5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering (preferred), or a related field.
Marketing or social intelligence experience
Strong programming skills in Python.
Strong experience with SQL.
Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered applications.
Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments.
Experience integrating APIs, services, and data pipelines into applications.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts and building simple user interfaces.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving and prototyping capabilities.

Experience with Gemini or other generative AI platforms.
Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.
Exposure to data science, model evaluation, or sentiment analysis.
Experience with social listening, unstructured data, or large-scale data platforms.
Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks.
