Insight Global is looking for 2 Learning Producers to join a growing team within the L&D organization for a top level ISP company. The Learning Producer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization. This position requires a skilled and experienced professional with a passion for learning and development and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. We have a pay range of $63-66hr.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop learning materials in various formats, including Instructor-Led
Training (ILT), eLearning, video, and infographics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Develop learning programs with measurable outcomes
Curate legacy learning assets and convert to more modern learning modalities
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for
improvement
Manage and execute internal learning & development projects

5+ years of experience in designing and developing learning materials in various formats
Experience in designing and developing micro learning assets
Strong instructional design skills-Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Understanding of learning principles
Experience working with Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, After Effects, Synthesia, etc
technical background (working with Developers and tool training)
salesforce knowledge
