Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technical Program Manager to support electrical engineering-focused initiatives within a data center New Product Introduction (NPI) environment. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of electrical design programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The TPM will coordinate across electrical engineering teams, design partners, and stakeholders to track milestones, manage schedules derived from technical documentation, and drive alignment from early design through validation and readiness. This role will act as a central point of coordination, running program cadences, maintaining documentation, and helping remove execution bottlenecks across concurrent design efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM modeling and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within mission critical industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and proactivity.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications
• Data center design or infrastructure experience
• Familiarity with NPI (New Product Introduction) or product design lifecycles
• Exposure to cross-functional design environments (electrical, mechanical, controls)
• Familiarity with controls or PLC-related systems (high-level exposure)
• Awareness of evolving trends in electrical engineering and program management
