Job Description
The DCQ (Data Center Quality) CLL (Closed Loop Learning) IFF (Integrated Field Feedback) Coordinator will help the CLL team and the broader Global Data Centers (GDC) team by actively identifying and analyzing incidents across the lifecycle of data center design, manufacturing, construction/commissioning, and operations. As part of a managed service to CLL, the Contractor plays a key role in ensuring that improvement actions resulting from high-priority incidents are assigned to appropriate action owners in a timely manner and escalated as needed. Upon closure of actions, the Contractor monitors for incident recurrence and long-term effectiveness of improvement actions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Data Center / Mission Critical Facility experience
- Issue Tracking System experience (Buganizer, Jira, ServiceNow) – currently getting about 25 issues / week
- Meeting Documentation / Facilitation experience
- Cross-functional experience (i.e., Design, Maintenance, Commissioning, etc.)
- Excel / Google Sheet experience (PLX, scripting for automation, etc.)
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis
- Data Hygiene management experience
- Detail-oriented, Strong Communication, Prioritization, Schedule Management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with newsletters, sending out program updates
