Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the Team Lead for a contracts and invoicing operations team supporting large‑scale data center and infrastructure programs. You will be responsible for task delegation, oversight, training, quality control, and day‑to‑day execution, while acting as the primary escalation point for cross‑functional stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, Product, and Program teams.
Day to day, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for contract execution, purchase order (PO) processing, invoicing, vendor onboarding, and budget/cashflow tracking. You will run regular standups, manage team capacity and priorities, ensure SLA adherence, and continuously improve workflows and governance. This role remains hands‑on but is primarily accountable for delivery quality, operational excellence, and clear stakeholder communication, rather than individual contributor throughput alone.
