Job Description

One of our largest Fortune 10 technology clients seeks a Contracts & Invoicing Analyst to join a team in the data center space. This individual will facilitate contract, PO, and invoicing execution for a product design team along with invoicing/payment processing responsibilities and "special project" work. Additionally, this individual will support budget management, assist with cash flow and PO/budget reconciliation, and provide monthly updates on cash flow status. This engagement expects a fast ramp-up time, working on a global team of nine, on fully remote basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Exposure to internal tools: PMT, SIMBA, BuyingHub, Ariba, Buganizer, Ebuilder, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience with invoicing/payment processing across multiple layers/teams
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proactivity
• Prior experience on a fast paced contracts team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience leading/training team members
• High volume (30+) contracts touched per week in previous role
