Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Compiler Engineer with deep expertise in MLIR and LLVM to help extend and evolve our compiler infrastructure for AI/ML workloads with one of our largest technology clients in the Bay Area. You'll work to closely to shape next-gen compiler capabilities across diverse targets
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and extend MLIR-based compiler components for AI/ML models
Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize for new architectures
Identify and debug compiler issues across small model sets
This role can pay between $80-$95/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
-MLIR (preferred), LVM, or GCC experience
-Computer architect experience, strong in AI/ML
-Proficient in C++, Python
-ML workloads (Tensorflow, PyTorch)
-Ideally MLIR framework (IREE preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-KUDA or OpenCL
