Insight Global is seeking an AV Support Administrator to join one of our clients, a leading provider of electronic design automation (EDA) software and semiconductor IP solutions. This individual will serve as the primary onsite point of contact for audio visual support across office locations, ensuring conference rooms, meeting spaces, and company events run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and a passion for technology and end-user support.

Required Skills & Experience
*Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving AV hardware and software issues (break-fix support).
*Experience supporting Zoom and Microsoft Teams environments.
*Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support users of varying technical skill levels.
*Ability to work independently and confidently handle issues with minimal supervision.
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly in high-visibility situations.
*Comfortable working onsite and providing face-to-face technical support.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
*Experience supporting executive meetings, town halls, or large-scale virtual events.
*Familiarity with conference room technologies, including displays, cameras, microphones, and control systems.
*Understanding of networking fundamentals and AV troubleshooting principles.
*Experience working with ticketing systems and managing support requests.
