Job Description
In this role, you will focus on the maintenance and ongoing updates of standardized controls packages used across data center infrastructure. Day to day, you will work on reusable controls artifacts such as sequences of operation, input/output lists, PLC code, HMI graphics, alarms, historian configurations, configuration files, and supporting documentation. The role supports centralized cooling and mechanical utility systems as well as modular cooling platforms used across multiple data center builds and regions. You will support software functional acceptance testing (sFAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and release documentation to ensure controls packages are consistent, validated, and ready for deployment. This position is product‑ and package‑focused, not site‑specific, and also contributes to the development of reusable programming tools, code templates, and centralized controls repositories supporting both U.S. and international deployments.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of Controls engineering experience supporting BMS / BAS systems
• Experience maintaining sequences of operation (SOO) and I/O lists
• Hands‑on experience updating PLC code
• Experience with FactoryTalk View SE and/or Ignition HMI graphics (or other similar functional equivalent)
• Experience configuring alarms, historian, and system configuration files
• Experience supporting sFAT and SAT documentation
Experience working with standardized or productized controls packages
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting data center cooling or mechanical utility systems
• Experience working across multiple product variants or regions
• Experience developing reusable controls templates or programming tools
Familiarity with centralized controls repositories or shared code libraries
