Job Description

Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the construction team by managing schedules, documentation, communication, and logistics. This position ensures that all aspects of custom home projects are organized, on track, and aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and inspection reports.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
Schedule and confirm inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor work.
Maintain project management software and ensure data accuracy.
Support budgeting and cost tracking by collecting invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
Help manage job site logistics, including material orders and deliveries.
Attend project meetings and document action items and decisions.
Identify and escalate potential issues or delays to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field (custom home building preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is a plus.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to visit job sites as needed.
