Job Description
As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various channels. You will be responsible for facilitating efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Your duties will include:
Performing routine data entry and validation tasks.
Initiating third-party orders such as title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.
Reviewing and validating loan documents.
Handling routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses.
Monitoring work queues and intervening as needed.
Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
Demonstrating behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
This position pays up to $23 hourly.

Required Skills & Experience
An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
A general understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
