Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to support high-impact initiatives across its Supply Chain and Business Operations functions. This individual will play a key role driving IT-enabled projects spanning warehouse distribution, transportation, ERP/WMS systems, and operational process improvements.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong cross-functional coordination between business stakeholders, IT teams, and operations leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across supply chain initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery

Support IT-driven projects tied to:
- ERP implementations/enhancements
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Distribution & transportation operations

- Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and define project scope
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across distribution and warehouse operations
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and business users to ensure system integrations and operational readiness
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, acting as a bridge between functional and IT teams

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Project Management experience focused on supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong experience managing projects involving:

- Warehouse and distribution operations
- Transportation/logistics systems

- Experience with ERP and/or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering IT-driven supply chain initiatives
- PMP Certification (or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in retail, grocery, or food industry supply chains
- Exposure to large-scale distribution networks or multi-site warehouse operations
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
