* Support IT procurement activities, create and process Purchase Requests (PRs) / Purchase Orders
(POs)
* Monitor and process expenditures for IT Services ensuring contract compliance and reporting on
variances
* Analyze monthly invoices, perform four-way match to ensure accuracy, contract compliance and
root cause analysis on variances
* Verify, code, and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner with proper
approvals
* Support inventory management for projects and new stores
* Collaborate with IT Program and Project Management teams to reconcile project status and
milestones completed to invoices received
* Collaborate with IT crew to evaluate, analyze, measure, and gather requirements to provide
financial support on IT projects through price models and business cases
* Support the management and renewal of IT contracts as needed
* Engage with vendors as needed and assist in the negotiations of contract renewals
* Work closely with team to ensure IT accruals and general ledger entries are timely and
accurate
